By accessing and purchasing through our online store, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

This website is operated by WTORKOWSKI. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to WTORKOWSKI. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

2. Products & Availability

  • Our products are natural cosmetic items, some with organic ingredients.

  • We make every effort to display the colors, packaging, and descriptions accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will perfectly reflect the actual product.

  • All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

3. Orders & Payments

  • By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.

  • Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments or PayPal.

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Shipping

We currently offer two product editions with different delivery methods:

  • Premium Edition:
    Shipped directly from the WTORKOWSKI studio in the UK. Delivery takes approximately 2–4 business days. Standard shipping is free. Express delivery is available for £7.95.

  • Standard Edition:
    Shipped from our trusted supplier. Delivery takes approximately 6–9 business days within the UK. Shipping costs are weight-based and start from £6.56 for parcels under 2 kg.

International shipping is also available. Prices and delivery times may vary depending on destination and parcel weight.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Premium Edition: You may return products within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Exchanges for another product are also available once the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Standard Edition: As these items are custom-labeled and fulfilled by our supplier, they are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless faulty or damaged upon arrival.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to the logo, brand name, product names, designs, and website material, is the intellectual property of WTORKOWSKI and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Product results may vary depending on individual skin and hair types.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
