1. Are WTORKOWSKI products natural or organic?

Our products are made with carefully selected natural ingredients. Some formulas are also certified organic. Every product listing clearly states whether it is natural or organic, along with any certifications it holds.

2. How should I store my products?

Keep your products in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Always close lids tightly after use to preserve freshness.

3. What is the difference between the Classic Collection and the Experience Box?

  • Our Classic Collection includes our natural skincare products in their classic form - simple, elegant, and sent directly from our trusted supplier. Standard delivery times are slightly longer, and shipping fees apply.
  • The WTORKOWSKI Experience Box, on the other hand, is a beautiful curated       self-care ritual- carefully assembled and shipped from our studio. Each box contains the same full size product, complemented with a 7 day affirmation booklet, a mini vanilla candle, and elegant packing designed to create a luxurious, mindful moment just for you. Experience boxes are shipped faster, and standard delivery is free of charge.

4. How much does shipping cost?

Experience Box orders include free standard shipping, with express delivery available for £7.95. Classic Collection orders shipped from our trusted supplier cost £6.56 for parcels under 2 kg within the UK. Price may vary depending on the weight and delivery location.

5. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping. The cost may vary depending on the weight and destination of the parcel.

6. What is your return or exchange policy?

  • Returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery if unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

7. How do I start a return or exchange?

Email wtorkowski.atelier@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange. We’ll reply with the return address and instructions.

8. Can I include a gift message or special packaging?

Yes – Premium Edition includes luxury packaging, and we can add a personalised gift note upon request. Please email us right after placing your order.
