Keep your products in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Always close lids tightly after use to preserve freshness.
3. How much does shipping cost?
We offer Standard Shipping for £5.99, with estimated delivery within 3-7 business days, and Express Shipping for £8.99, with estimated delivery within 1-2 business days. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and courier service.
4. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping. The cost may vary depending on the weight and destination of the parcel.
5. What is your return or exchange policy?
- Returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery if unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

6. How do I start a return or exchange?

7. Can I include a gift message or special packaging?
Yes – Premium Edition includes luxury packaging, and we can add a personalised gift note upon request. Please email us right after placing your order.
