Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your WTORKOWSKI purchase. If you need help, we’re here.

Premium Edition (shipped from the WTORKOWSKI studio – UK)

  • Returns & exchanges: Available within 14 days of delivery
  • Condition: Item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging (box, seals, inserts) and in saleable condition
  • Costs: Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or damaged
  • Refunds: Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected. 
  • Exchanges: An exchange for another product is also available. Once we receive the original product in good condition and unopened, we will send out the replacement.

Standard Edition (dropshipped from our supplier)

  • Returns & exchanges: Not available due to customised labels/packaging
  • Exceptions: If the item arrives faulty or damaged, we will replace or refund
  • Please report faults/damage within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number

Hygiene & Safety

For hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned, unless faulty.

How to start a return or exchange

  1. Email wtorkowski.atelier@gmail.com within the applicable timeframe (14 days for Premium Edition; 7 days for faulty/damaged Standard Edition items).
  2. Include your order number and a brief description (and photos, if faulty/damaged).
  3. We’ll provide the return address and simple step-by-step instructions.
  4. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or arrange your exchange.
