Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your WTORKOWSKI purchase. If you need help, we’re here.
- Returns & exchanges: Available within 14 days of delivery
- Condition: Item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging (box, seals, inserts) and in saleable condition
- Costs: Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or damaged
- Refunds: Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
- Exchanges: An exchange for another product is also available. Once we receive the original product in good condition and unopened, we will send out the replacement.
How to start a return or exchange
- Email wtorkowski.atelier@gmail.com within the applicable timeframe - 14 days.
- Include your order number and a brief description (and photos, if faulty/damaged).
- We’ll provide the return address and simple step-by-step instructions.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or arrange your exchange.
